Q. Do you offer any free delivery?
A. We do indeed! We offer free delivery for purchases over £100.
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. We aim to dispatch your order by the following day latest and delivery is usually 1-3 working days. However, once it leaves us we don't have full control and so advise that standard delivery times are usually 4-7 working days.
Q. Which courier do you use?
A. We are currently using DPD Local for our delivery service. They will contact you on the day of delivery advising of a time slot for your delivery. We use Royal Mail for smaller orders.
RAW FOOD DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Q. What is the minimum order you will send of raw food?
A. In order to prevent defrosting of products during transit the smallest amount of raw food we are able to send is 7kg.
Q. What days do you despatch/deliver?
A. Currently we despatch orders from Monday-Wednesday for raw items. This is to ensure that products are delivered before the weekend.
Q. Can I order a variety of raw food products?
A. YES! We want to make it easier for you to feed a variety of brands and products without having a hefty delivery charge from each company.
Q. How much will the delivery cost?
We offer three set fees for shipping, £3.50, £10 or £20.
£3.50 - Standard Royal Mail shipping, orders up to 1.9kg in weight.
£10 - DPD Next Day delivery, orders from 2kg up to 68kg in weight.
£20 - DPD Next Day delivery, orders from 68kg up in weight.
Local shipping is currently within a 30 mile radius with a maximum fee of £4. The closer you are, the cheaper it gets! Use the first part of your postcode at the discount code part of checkout to see if you qualify for a reduction in charges!
Q. What packaging do you use?
We are currently using polystyrene boxes with ice packs and an outer cardboard box. However, we are currently testing a number of more environmentally friendly options! Until then why not upcycle your poly box?! Take it on picnics or use as a beer bucket for BBQ season, use it as a plant pot or make an outside shelter for a cat, the possibilities are endless!
Q. Do you offer any bulk discounts?
A. We do! Order £150 worth of raw food and automatically receive 10% off!
